lib64mpx2 software package provides Intel memory protection extensions (64bit), you can install in your Ubuntu 17.04 (Zesty Zapus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install lib64mpx2
lib64mpx2 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the lib64mpx2 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep lib64mpx2 *
You will get with lib64mpx2 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
